Payment:

We require a deposit to hold your date and time. The deposit can be paid by credit card, email money transfer or paypal. The remainder of the balance is then due in cash the day of the party.

 

The deposit is 100% refundable if the party is cancelled within 7 days clear notice.

 

Rescheduling or Cancellations:

If you require to reschedule your party that's no problem! There will be a $25 rescheduling fee.  Cancellations made prior to 7 days of the date of the party will receive 100% refund of the deposit. If the cancellation is within 7 days of the party, the deposit is held.

 

**Rescheduling is limited to one mutually convenient date for both home and corporate parties. Unfortunately our contractors cannot afford to continue to hold space on multiple dates for repeated cancellations. We thank you for understanding!**

 Party Changes:

All party details (including activity options, address, time of character’s arrival, etc) are due a minimum of 14 days before the party. Any changes made after that time are subject to a $10 change fee.

 

Disclaimer:

In the EXTREMELY rare event of an emergency (illness) we will notify you immediately and reschedule your party for a mutually convenient date. Your party will be completely free of charge for the inconvenience. If we are unable to make your party due to inclement weather then it will be rescheduled for a mutually convenient date.  In the event that you cancel due to weather, the full charge still applies as we are not responsible for unforeseen weather conditions.
