Policies

Payment:

We require a deposit to hold your date and time. The deposit can be paid by credit card, email money transfer or paypal. The remainder of the balance is then due in cash the day of the party.

 

The deposit is 100% refundable if the party is cancelled within 7 days clear notice.

 

Rescheduling or Cancellations:

If you require to reschedule your party that's no problem! There will be a $25 rescheduling fee.  Cancellations made prior to 7 days of the date of the party will receive 100% refund of the deposit. If the cancellation is within 7 days of the party, the deposit is held. 

 

 Party Changes:

All party details (including activity options, address, time of character’s arrival, etc) are due a minimum of 14 days before the party. Any changes made after that time are subject to a $10 change fee.

 

Disclaimer:

In the EXTEMELY rare event of an emergency (illness) we will notify you immediately and reschedule your party for a mutually convenient date. Your party will be completely free of charge for the inconvenience. If we are unable to make your party due to inclement weather then it will be rescheduled for a mutually convenient date.  In the event that you cancel due to weather, the full charge still applies as we are not responsible for unforeseen weather conditions.

All the Happily Ever After Parties activities, entertainment shows and birthday parties are hosted by all of our exceptionally talented, fun, friendly, experienced and professional performers and their hosts. The characters adorn haute couture, hand made gowns. Characters are based upon their fairy tale, historical and reality personas and any resemblance to copyrighted characters is purely coincidental. No infringement of any Copyright or Trademark is envisaged or intended.
